A special Whisky Academy led by Eddie Ludlow, founder of the Komoro Distillery Whisky Academy. This program takes the existing Whisky Academy Sherry course to the next level, offering an even deeper exploration of sherry cask maturation. 

The tasting features Komoro’s freshly distilled spirit, several styles of sherry used in whisky cask seasoning, rare Komoro spirits aged in sherry casks, and KOMORO ORIGIN.
Guided by Eddie, explore how the distinctive characteristics of different sherries are carried through the cask and influence the maturing whisky, revealing Komoro Distillery’s approach to sherry cask selection and its philosophy of maturation.
