Looking Forward — The Philosophy and Future of KOMORO ORIGIN 

In this masterclass, Ian Chang, Master Distiller & Blender of Komoro Distillery, shares the whisky-making philosophy behind KOMORO ORIGIN and his vision for the future of Komoro Distillery.
Tasting three carefully selected Komoro spirit samples alongside KOMORO ORIGIN, Ian will explain the thinking behind each spirit and the approach to production and blending that shapes KOMORO’s flavour. Looking beyond the First Release, the session will explore how Komoro’s whisky making will continue to evolve and the possibilities that lie ahead. 

Celebration Lunch 

Following the masterclass, guests will enjoy a special celebration lunch created for the First Release, featuring fresh seafood from the Hokuriku region and seasonal local ingredients.
Guests will have the opportunity to ask Ian questions, take photos and enjoy relaxed conversation with fellow participants over lunch while continuing to savour the experience of the masterclass.
Following the lunch, there will also be time to explore the area around Nunobiki Onsen before departing for Komoro Distillery. 

Maturation Warehouse Tour 

From Nunobiki Onsen, guests will travel by shuttle bus to Komoro Distillery for a guided tour of the maturation warehouse.
Discover the environment in which KOMORO ORIGIN was matured and experience firsthand Komoro Distillery’s distinctive approach to whisky making.

This plan includes the right to purchase one 700ml bottle of KOMORO ORIGIN.
